Mario Rivello                    

Mario Rivello has nearly 25 years of experience in senior operational and engineering management roles, working with a vast range of small, mid-sized, and Fortune 100 companies.   

Mario has provided strategic development services and advised companies on operational efficiency, cost control, growth strategy, and succession.  His experience spans across several industries ranging from manufacturing to construction to high-tech.

He has worked directly with company shareholders and executive management in an operational capacity to improve, restructure, and/or turn around a number of businesses and has counseled various companies on matters related to capital structure, marketing, product development, and exit strategy. 

Mario has held several management positions in diversified businesses for the DuPont Company and recently served as an executive at a mid-sized company specializing in manufacturing and building pre-engineered cancer treatment facilities across the world.  In roles related to production, manufacturing, construction, and program management, he has led teams of engineers, finance personnel, construction managers, and technical experts to complete over 100 programs valued at over $50 million. 

He is also Six Sigma certified and has successfully completed dozens of Six Sigma and Lean Manufacturing assignments related to operational uptime, asset reliability, production output, inventory control, and energy management.  He was also one of six representatives in North America who directed the Operational Excellence program for a 300-person facility.

Mario also serves as a Director and Trustee on several Boards throughout the Greater Philadelphia region in areas related to economic development, education, and charitable contributions.

He holds a Bachelors of Science degree in Mechanical Engineering from Drexel University and has completed graduate work in finance, economics, operations management, and engineering management. 

 

Howard Goldberg                                                                                                

Howard Goldberg has 40 years of experience serving in numerous leadership roles in defense, aerospace, and government relations.  He has domestic and international experience managing companies, developing new businesses, and establishing strategic partnerships for a vast number of companies.

Howard is the former CEO of a U.S. subsidiary of Finmeccanica SpA, a global conglomerate and one of the top ten largest aerospace and defense companies in the world.  In establishing the conglomerate’s North American subsidiary, he was instrumental in developing several key defense and government programs.    

Previously, he was Deputy Director of International Marketing for Boeing Missile Defense and served as Executive Vice President and General Manager of DGA International.  In these capacities, he was responsible for hundreds of million dollars in sales and developing key relationships with several large companies including Boeing, United Technologies, GE, GTE, Teledyne, Honeywell, and TRW. 

Howard also played a key role in the campaign to secure Concorde landing rights in the U.S. and negotiated access to LaGuardia Airport for the original Airbus A300.  He was instrumental in winning and managing a missile defense contract for a Fiat Group Company and a people mover contract for Matra at Chicago Airport.

He formed the US Affiliate of Powerco SpA and was the owner of an aviation consulting firm that was responsible for air service increases at Detroit, BWI, and NY Stewart airports.

Howard has a Bachelor of Science degree in Mechanical Engineering from Rensselaer Polytechnic Institute and a Master of Business Administration from Loyola University.  He is a member of Tau Beta Pi, the national engineering honor society.
